Superstar Kids Services Corp. is a growing agency specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. We provide services in homes, schools, and daycare settings throughout Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk, and Lake Counties.

As a Staffing Specialist, you will play an important role in connecting our therapists with the right cases while supporting our clients, staff, and day-to-day agency operations. Staffing & Recruiting Match therapists with appropriate client cases based on availability, location, qualifications, and client needs Communicate case opportunities to therapists and coordinate staffing assignments Post and manage job advertisements Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Assist with recruiting efforts to support the agency's continued growth Follow up with candidates and therapists throughout the staffing process Client & Therapist Support Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, families, and therapists Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner Explain agency processes and procedures clearly Help address staffing and scheduling concerns Build positive working relationships with therapists, families, and team members Onboarding & Credentialing Assist with onboarding new therapists Collect, organize, and maintain required employee documentation Assist with credentialing and compliance requirements Track licenses, certifications, background checks, and other required documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records Administrative Support Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Update employee and client records as needed Answer and direct incoming calls Greet and assist visitors Complete general administrative and clerical tasks Support the management team with special projects and daily operational needs Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and customer-focused A strong communicator Comfortable speaking with clients, families, and employees Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently while also being a team player Flexible and able to adapt to changing staffing needs Passionate about helping children and supporting families Comfortable using computers, email, and digital record systems Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, healthcare, ABA, or a similar administrative role is a plus.
