Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist Review, edit, format, and maintain job descriptions while partnering with managers to ensure accuracy and consistency as the Human Resources Specialist Coordinate the approval process for job descriptions and prepare finalized versions for public posting as the Human Resources Specialist Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits programs, assisting with questions and enrollment processes as the Human Resources Specialist Support compensation administration by updating pay ranges and maintaining accurate HR records as the Human Resources Specialist Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist 2+ years of Human Resources experience Experience supporting employee benefits administration and job description management Basic Excel skills required; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus.
