HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
include but is not limited to supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services to employees and management. This role manages activities across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist acts as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment. Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution Assist with the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback collection, and documentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations Maintain and update employee records Assist in payroll preparation and auditing as needed Support audits and maintain confidentiality of HR information Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims support Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing development plans Manage recruiting events and event coordination Drive qualified applicants to open positions Serve as the point of contact between applicants and hiring team Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Vet applicants, perform prescreen calls and check references Assist hiring managers and new employees through the hiring process Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization Process terminations, and ensure return of company property

Requirements:
Full-Time position requiring 40+ hrs. a week Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or a high school diploma/GED with an additional 4 years of related experience) A minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law Ability to work alone or within a group Self-driven to completion of the job Understanding current marketing trends and digital planning Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the team, customers, and external contacts., via telephone, in written form, email, and in-person Ability to learn company-specific applications Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional, Adobe High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Physical Requirements Must be able to travel from 10-25% Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 15 lbs Ability to sustain a level of physical activity, including walking, climbing, bending, and sitting Ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures and manufacturers' guidelines Requires the ability to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance on the job Valid active driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle Ability to pass all random DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing
