Senior HR Generalist - Tamarac, FL Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Tamarac, FL. This is a hands-on Human Resources role ideal for an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with strong Employee Relations experience. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a key HR resource for employees and managers, handling day-to-day HR matters including employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, manager coaching, policy interpretation, onboarding, compliance, and employee documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide Employee Relations support to employees and managers Conduct and document workplace investigations Coach managers through employee relations and performance issues Partner with managers on disciplinary and corrective actions Support employee matters that may lead to termination Interpret company policies, procedures, and employee handbook provisions Support performance management and employee evaluations Assist with onboarding, employee orientation, and manager training Provide guidance regarding FMLA, disability, benefits, and leave programs in partnership with the Benefits team Conduct exit interviews and communicate trends to HR leadership Process promotions, increases, and other employee status changes Maintain confidential employee and HR records Partner with Talent Acquisition on job postings, ATS maintenance, job descriptions, and initial interviews Support HR compliance, employee engagement activities, open enrollment, and special HR projects Qualifications 5+ years of Human Resources experience Strong hands-on Employee Relations experience Experience conducting workplace investigations Experience with disciplinary actions and performance management Experience coaching and advising managers on employee issues Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance Experience with onboarding and employee orientation Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently manage multiple HR priorities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work onsite in Tamarac, FL Ability to travel as needed Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or directly related HR Generalist experience. Preferred PHR or SHRM certification ADP HRIS/Payroll experience Experience handling complex Employee Relations matters Ideal Candidate The strongest candidate will be a hands-on Senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist who has personally handled employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and manager coaching. This is a broad Human Resources position with a strong Employee Relations focus. Talent Acquisition experience is helpful, but this is not primarily a recruiting role.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
