Job Description Insight Global is seeking an eCW Analyst for a leading healthcare client. This candidate will support and optimize the organization's eClinicalWorks environment by configuring workflows, troubleshooting issues, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring accurate data capture across clinical operations. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with providers, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to improve efficiency, support end users, and maintain a stable and compliant EHR environment.

Day-to-Day:

• Support and optimize eClinicalWorks workflows and configurations
• Resolve escalated documentation, scheduling, billing, and workflow issues
• Build reports and validate data quality across clinical systems
• Train providers and staff on system functionality and best practices
• Support integrations and interface troubleshooting efforts

• 3+ years of hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows
• Experience supporting workflow configuration, templates, and structured data management
• Experience with eBO reporting and registries
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities

HL7/FHIR

interface experience

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field
• Experience with data validation and compliance reporting
