Sunset Lake Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an eager-to-learn Part-Time Human Resources Summer Intern to assist the HR director with various HR related responsibilites. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of HR functions in a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources team and gain practical experience in areas including: Payroll support Recruiting and candidate coordination New hire orientation and onboarding Benefits administration Workers' compensation processes FMLA administration Employee records management General HR operations and special projects This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while developing valuable professional skills such as multi-tasking, organization, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
