? Russell Tobin is hiring a Background Screening Representative! Join a critical Workforce Screening team where you'll play a key role in ensuring background checks are completed accurately, confidentially, and on time prior to employee start dates. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR, onboarding, or case management experience who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. ???? Alpharetta, GA ???? What You'll Do:

Manage background screening cases from initiation through completion Partner with candidates and internal teams to ensure screenings are completed before start dates Review results and investigate discrepancies or missing information Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up with candidates Escalate adverse findings to HR, Compliance, and leadership Coordinate with third-party vendors and onboarding teams Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards ?

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in background screening, HR, or case management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, databases) ? Experience with Workday or Salesforce Background in HR, Corporate Security, or onboarding operations Knowledge of regulatory requirements and adverse action processes ????
