Job Description
Job Overview The HCM Service Enablement team supports the systems, processes, and operational activities that enable Talent Management programs across Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Learning, and Employee Relations. The team partners closely with stakeholders across Talent Management, Technology, Compliance, and Security to deliver efficient, scalable, and compliant solutions that support the employee lifecycle. The team also drives continuous improvement by leveraging technology, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes, which could include Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Promotions, or Employee Relations. Partner with stakeholders across Talent Management, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners to understand business needs and help identify effective solutions. Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements. Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs and support the delivery of enhancements through Agile development cycles. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation of delivered solutions. Investigate user issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams. Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and standardize practices across regions and business areas. Assist with project planning, change management activities, training materials, and end-user communications as needed. Required 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, HR, technology, or a related function. Demonstrated interest in technology, systems, process improvement, and problem solving. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders across different functions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Experience supporting business systems, HR technology, or enterprise applications. Exposure to system implementation activities, including requirements gathering, testing, change management, or production support. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management. Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
