Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, including greeting clients and managing appointment flow to optimize salon operations. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering. for scheduling and retail management. Demonstrated expertise in hair care treatments, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and retail sales strategies including upselling techniques. Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to salons to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration. Experience mentoring or training junior staff members is highly desirable.
