Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally. Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas. Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices. Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews.Talent Development:
Administer the company's leadership and talent development programs. Assess programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals. Focus on performance management, career development, talent review, leadership development, employee training, high potential development programs and organizational design. Employee Relations /Compliance:
Provide counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices. Complete research and due diligence to mitigate risk. Assist and advise management concerning performance improvement and appropriate action.
