Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to hire at a warehouse located in Austell! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.

Bilingual HR Generalists:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR roles focusing on general responsibilities. Must be bilingual. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Worker's Compensation, Medicare, and Social Security and DOL requirements (PHR) certification/SHRM certification is preferred. Experience in high-volume recruiting is preferred. Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities of Bilingual HR Generalists:

Oversight for 2nd shift (beginning at 2pm) startup processes and attendance - working with the Supervisors in Manufacturing, Assembly and Warehouse functional areas to ensure smooth operation and sufficient personnel coverage. Communicate to 1st shift management any issues operationally for 2nd shift. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing hourly candidates. Coordinate new employee onboarding activities to ensure smooth organizational transition. Communicate collaboratively with HR Department to influence, develop, implement, and manage policies in recruitment and retention and employee relations. Evaluate realistic options to recommend/implement an appropriate course of action. Adhere to the policies and procedures. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
