No Degree RequiredResponsibilities HR First Point of Contact & Administration:
Serve as the initial employee contact for P&C inquiries, policies, and processes, while maintaining accurate employee records and documentation in the HRIS (Paycom).
Onboarding/Offboarding & Benefits:
Support smooth onboarding and offboarding, assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and vendor coordination.
Compliance & P&C Program Support:
Aid in compliance activities (training, audits), and provide administrative support for performance cycles, engagement, and other P&C programs.
Employee Experience & Culture:
Help deliver a positive workplace experience, support internal events/initiatives, and serve as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values.
Facility & Operations Coordination:
Partner with Operations to manage facility needs across office and warehouse locations, handling maintenance issues, building access, safety, and vendor services.
Event & Supply Management:
Collaborate on managing office supplies and inventory, while assisting with the logistics and execution of internal events, Town Halls, and leadership meetings.
