Overview Build Your Career with Rural King Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level human resources operations and create a positive associate experience. This role partners with store leadership to support recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training, benefits administration, performance management, and associate engagement. The HR Lead serves as a resource for associates and leaders while helping build a workplace culture centered around People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
