Full-time, In-Office We are a strong and stable manufacturing company in Alpharetta, seeking a Junior HR Specialist who is bilingual to join our team. As a Junior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization, primarily focused on our Spanish-speaking employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews. Manage employee files and ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping. Assist with the administration of HR programs such as benefits, compensation, and performance management. Provide support to employees with HR-related questions or concerns, and refer complex issues to senior HR staff as needed. Assist with HR compliance efforts, including EEO reporting and I-9 verification. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Maintain knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
