Job Description

Job Summary The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for assisting and supporting Human Resource activities, specifically employee relations, organization development, administration, staffing, group benefits administration, equal employment opportunity, workers compensation, payroll, wage and salary administration. Duties Assist with services such as employee new hire paperwork, benefits, safety, and training. Provide full range of day to day HR support to staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation and training & development. Assist management with annual reviews of organizational design and talent (Organization and People Review). Consults with management in aligning performance management and reward recommendations. Advice management and staff concerning HR matters, recommend programs, activities, goals, and procedural changes as required. Counsel employees to improve or correct performance issues and deficiencies. Implements and monitors adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource-related policies, procedures and practices. Acts as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures. Act as a liaison between the management and the employees. Conduct exit interviews. Assist employees with questions related to payroll, benefits, compensation and reviews. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Identifies opportunities for improvement in internal processes and makes constructive suggestions for change. Administers company benefits program. Perform other job related duties as assigned. Experience Require 2-3 years of human resources generalist experience, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, HRIS and recruitment responsibilities. Formal Education may compensate for working experience. Preferred Skills HR experience in a fast-growing manufacturing company preferred Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written is highly preferred Strong intellectual/analytical horsepower with the ability to research, review, analyze and understand large amounts of data Proven background in setting high standards in a variety of organizational activities while positively contributing to HR best practices Strong understanding of federal and state laws Strong leadership and organizational skills Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive! Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
