Tebo Dental is a growing, multi-location pediatric dental organization serving families throughout the Atlanta area. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team and support our continued growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and organizational development. Position Summary The HR Generalist will support all aspects of Human Resources with a strong focus on recruiting and employee engagement. This position works closely with leadership and department managers to attract top talent, support employees, ensure compliance, and help maintain a positive workplace culture across all locations. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, customer service, and management positions. Manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms. Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams. Conduct reference checks and candidate assessments. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional applicant experience. Support dentist recruitment efforts and onboarding coordination. Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and workforce development initiatives. Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, PTO, policies, and HR-related questions. Assist managers with employee relations issues, performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective action plans. Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA and other protected leave programs. Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. HR Administration & Compliance Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records, personnel files, and I-9 documentation. Administer employee separations, unemployment claims, and compliance-related notices. Review and update HR policies, forms, and employee communications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with compensation benchmarking and market analysis. Support HR reporting, process improvements, and HR system initiatives. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR Generalist experience with a strong background in recruiting and employee relations. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification. Healthcare, dental, or multi-location organization experience. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/recruitment systems.
