URGENTLY HIRING - SENIOR HR GENERALISTS
Career Recruiting Specialists is partners with a manufacturing company located in middle Georgia. They offer an excellent benefit and compensation package. The ideal candidate will have worked in manufacturing and have experience in HR and Benefits. This is a direct hire position.
Job Summary:
The Senior Team Resources Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting key human resources functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and policy administration. This role partners closely with leadership to attract top talent, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure alignment with company values and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to both recruiting and HR support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, technical, and professional positions Develop job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build proactive recruiting strategies, and keeping up with compensation trends to support team members. Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new hire experience Support employee relations by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution Assist with administering performance reviews, corrective actions, and policy updates Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies at all locations Support HR initiatives such as engagement programs, internal communications, and retention strategies Take ownership of metrics related to recruitment and KPIs related to TR. Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports as needed Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, employee files, and TR communications Administers human resources policies and programs and also works independently to solve complex HR-related issues. While balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs, promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations as well as understand and support the accomplishment of business priorities by providing comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to the business in the areas of critical talent retention, ongoing performance coaching and management, pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution, and coaching and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. Handle all HR involvement with unemployment and workers compensation activities and claims. Manage the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes. Coordinate with Corporate team to conduct open enrollment and other benefits related programs and events as needed. Job Qualifications - Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources, psychology, or other business-related discipline 5 years' Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment with significant nonexempt populations preferredMicrosoft Office knowledge intermediate to expert required, power user a plus- MS Word, Excel, Access and OutlookExperience with HRIS and KRONOS tools strongly preferred Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures as well as employee relations procedures and applicable law PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred
