Human Resources Generalist Human Resources Midway, Georgia Added - April-08-2026 Direct Hire Our client, a luxury global leader in home décor, textiles, and design, seeks a full time Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day human resources functions within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This individual is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, performance management and supporting a safe and productive workplace. In addition, this role in responsible for managing the OSHA program.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Serve as main point of contact for HR related questions or concerns Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management Resolve employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner Handle HR inbox daily to answer employee inquiries and/or forward to appropriate individual Full lifecycle recruitment for warehouse staff Manage temporary staffing needs, reconciling all timecards, invoices and generate reports as needed Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support performance review processes and documentation Partner with supervisors on coaching and development plans Facilitate new hire onboarding process Support all requirements related to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS), Global Recycling Standards (GRS) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) . EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment

OSHA 300

experience Prefer knowledge of GOTS, GRC, and GRS standards Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in HRIS systems and
