SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Applicants must have least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience must include independently analyzing and resolving complex operional issues within multiple Human Resources (HR) informion systems. This includes applying an expert knowledge of HR principles for staffing and classificion to autome processes, ensure system compliance, and administer system operions. The experience must also include developing insightful da visualizions and custom reports to support stregic decision-making.

The ideal candide for the Human Resources Specialist (Informion Systems) position is a proactive and analytical professional with a unique blend of deep human resources knowledge and strong technical systems expertise. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(KSAs): Your qualificions evalued on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of a wide range of federal Human Resources (HR) laws, executive orders, regulions, policies, directives, instructions, and concepts governing HR functions. 2. Knowledge of advanced federal human resources management (HRM) principles, concepts, practices, fact finding and analytical methods, a wide range of qualitive and quantitive techniques, and relionships of various HR disciplines as well as seasoned consultive skill sufficient to resolve complex HRM problems not susceptible to trement by standard methods. 3. Knowledge of dabases, higher-order programming tools and retrieval languages associed with the HR informion system(s) and system capabilities, procedures, limitions and retrieval options. 4. Knowledge of organizional structures, missions, objectives, opering programs, key positions, and administrive/protocol policies and procedures. 5. Skill in conducting reviews and analyzing and assessing HR da analytics to include identifying deficiencies; measuring compliance, consistency, and effectiveness; and making recommendions for enhancements and improvements. 6. Ability to communice both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain effective and positive working relionships.
