Full-Time, On-site Professional Japanese proficiency required for daily HR and administrative communication with Japanese-speaking international assignees. Position Summary Provide comprehensive HR, administrative, and daily-living support for international assignees and their families. Responsibilities include payroll coordination, tax support, benefits and healthcare administration, immigration/visa processes, travel, expense administration, emergency support, and executive assistance. Professional Japanese proficiency is required to communicate directly with assignees and coordinate sensitive HR matters. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary liaison for assignee HR/administrative matters and coordinate expense-related inquiries, data, workflows, and issue resolution. Coordinate tax-return support with accounting firms, including documentation, case tracking, follow-up, and payroll actions. Administer healthcare and medical-program coordination, including insurance-related support and required examinations. Manage visa/immigration administration for assignees and eligible family members, including expiration tracking, documentation, renewals, and vendor/counsel coordination. Coordinate home leave and business travel, including eligibility, scheduling, approvals, allowances, benefits, and expenses. Process compensation data in HR systems and coordinate accurately with payroll. Support emergency/crisis communications and safety confirmation for assignees and families. Provide executive administrative support to the President, including calendar, meetings, travel, expenses, documents, visitors, and events. Provide general living support and resolve inquiries involving allowances, benefits, and other assignment-related matters. Maintain confidential records, manage multiple deadlines, identify risks, and improve workflows.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree. Professional Japanese proficiency required for daily written and verbal communication with Japanese-speaking assignees. Working English proficiency for routine communication with U.S

•based stakeholders. Experience in HR operations, employee support, administration, executive support, customer service, or a similar coordination role. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Forms. Strong organization, communication, confidentiality, accuracy, and task-management skills.

Preferred:

Experience supporting international assignees, global mobility, immigration/visa, tax, benefits, travel, or employee relocation. Experience coordinating with external vendors or professional service providers. Familiarity with HR, expense, insurance, or Excel-based tracking systems.
