Job Description
Description A local organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support key HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, benefits administration, leave management, and payroll support while providing excellent service to employees and management. Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls and employee inquiries
+ Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
+ Administer employee benefits programs and support annual open enrollment processes
+ Manage employee leave requests and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
+ Assist with payroll data entry and ensure accurate employee records
+ Maintain HR files, documentation, and employee information
+ Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
+ Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
+ Generate HR reports and support special projects as needed Requirements Requirements
+ Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
+ Experience with recruitment and candidate sourcing
+ Knowledge of benefits administration and open enrollment processes
+ Experience managing employee leave programs
+ Familiarity with payroll processes and data entry
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
+ Experience answering and managing incoming phone calls professionally
