"The Department of Human Resources (DHR), Personnel Development and Training Branch, is seeking to fill a vacant Learning & Talent Development Specialist (Human Resources Specialist V) position in Honolulu. This position focuses on creating and shaping cultures of engagement, learning and serving, and developing skills, talent, competencies, and potential. What You Will DoDesign and deliver training programs, including identification of training needs; ensuring alignment with the City's goals, priorities, and learning outcomes.

Develop relevant curriculum, content, and pathways including e-learning.

Select appropriate facilitators and delivery methods. Evaluate outcomes, feedback and effectiveness of the programs. Prepare and maintain budget, records and reports.

Work with management and subject matter experts throughout the process.

Perform other related duties as required. Special Work RequirementsAttend morning, evening, and weekend events as needed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
