Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Representative We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team. This position works closely with internal managers and employees to maintain consistent, compliant, and efficient HR operations across the organization. Position will require access to highly sensitive and personal information, therefore, a professional that upholds confidentiality and work ethics at a high priority is a requirement. The position will be a key point of contact, so strong communication and a service oriented attitude is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as primary point of contact with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO); build a strong partner relationship with PEO Account Manager Validating/ transmitting payroll, benefits and other HR-related documents to PEO Posting and refreshing job listings Screening resumes/ candidate evaluation; scheduling in-person interviews with hiring managers Supporting onboarding, including paperwork coordination, background checks, etc., and communication leading up to the first day Maintaining confidential employee files and compliance documentation Preparing and maintaining HR-related reports; providing general HR-related support What we're looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple open tasks and timelines without follow-up Professional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Experience with HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support preferred Reliable and consistent execution Strong follow-through and ownership of assigned work Service-oriented mindset with employees and managers Practical, common-sense problem solving Comfort working in a fast-paced, small team environment Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Pay $21.00•$25.00 per hour
