Qualifications | Who We're Looking For Are you an undergraduate Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field? Are you seeking a career in human resources? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook and Teams is desired. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Prior office experience is a plus. This role offers hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
