$21.00-$25.00 (Based on education and experience level) 40 hours/week; 12 months; Monday-Friday work week Hiring Bonus 401K Paid Time Off- Start earning immediately

The Human Resources Associate supports the Human Resources Director in creating a positive, efficient, and employee-centered workplace. This position serves as the first point of contact for many HR functions and plays a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, compliance, and customer service while promoting Tri-County Head Start's mission, vision, core values, and culture.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required Bachelor's degree preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR certification may be substituted for degree requirement when combined with relevant Human Resources experience. Experience in ADP or similar HRIS system preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must obtain a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and maintain it throughout the duration of employment. Must be cleared & allowed to work in a childcare setting by the Iowa Department of Human Services
