  • Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on leadership development and organizational excellence? Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager to become the vital link supporting our Leadership Organizational Capability programs across the U.S.
  • What You'll Do:
  • As HR Representative, you'll orchestrate the seamless operation of both virtual and in-person leadership initiatives. Your role covers managing schedules, ensuring resource readiness, overseeing program logistics, tackling risks, and producing critical operational reports. You'll collaborate with internal teams, facilitators, vendors, and more to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
  • In This Role, You Will:
  • + Coordinate end-to-end program operations for leadership initiatives + Handle delivery schedules, logistics, communications, and room/resource preparedness + Support participant enrollment and learning administration + Manage materials and external vendor relationships + Administer learning platforms and facilitate reporting + Solve operational challenges and proactively manage risks + Partner with program owners, facilitators, Facilities, and site teams for flawless execution •
Pay:

$36 per hour

  • Duration: 1 year temp with possible hire
  • Your Qualifications:
  • + Proven experience in Human Resources operations, program management, or a related area + Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities + Confident managing multiple stakeholders and vendors + Experience with learning or leadership development programs (a plus!) + Skilled in using learning platforms and reporting tools
