Job Description
Provide behavioral support for students with high behavior needs in a school setting, implementing individualized plans under BCBA supervision. Enhance student learning outcomes through data-driven interventions. Contribute to a collaborative team focused on improving classroom behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with high behavioral needs in a school setting, implementing behavioral plans under BCBA supervision Collaborate with paraeducators and school staff to develop and execute individualized behavioral interventions Collect and analyze data on student behaviors to guide intervention strategies Participate in team meetings to update progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and school policies to ensure a safe learning environmentQualifications:
Active BCBA license or equivalent BCBA certification Minimum of 0 years experience supporting students with high behavior needs in school settings Experience working alongside paraeducators to support students with high behavior needs Ability to implement behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision Willingness to support a student with high behavioral needs in a 2:1 support setting Flexibility to work day shifts 7:30am-3:30pm Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate with paraeducators and school staff Background check clearancePreferred Skills:
