Company Overview Idaho Eye and Laser Center is dedicated to providing outstanding medical eye care for patients of all ages. Our team specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of eye conditions, working collaboratively with regional optometric physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our organization's HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will oversee various HR initiatives, facilitate workforce management, and promote a positive organizational culture through strategic planning and effective communication. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization while fostering engagement and understanding of company policies. Oversee employee evaluation procedures and performance management initiatives to support professional development and organizational growth. Handle benefits administration, including enrollment, FMLA compliance, workers' compensation claims, and benefits communication. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements through diligent policy updates and training programs. Support change management efforts by assisting with organizational design projects and succession planning strategies. Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro while analyzing data using Excel for workforce insights. Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively and promoting a respectful workplace environment. Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance skills across the organization while supporting HR sourcing efforts for continuous talent pipeline development. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management, workforce management, and strategic planning within an HR department setting. Proficiency in HR systems, strong data collection and analysis skills using Excel. Knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance standards. Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and personnel administration with a focus on confidentiality handling. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and social media management related to employer branding efforts. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. Pay:
$50,229.61 - $60,491.58 per year
