High school diploma or GED is required At least 1 year of experience in HR preferred. Healthcare experience highly desirable Ability to work towards quick and fair resolution of employee concerns Strong written and verbal communication skillsDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
FMLA, STD, LTD and Workers Comp claim filing and follow up New hire processing Coordinate open enrollment and changes for employee benefits 401k monthly enrollment 401k bi-weekly funding 401k auditing Maintain employment files I9 maintenance Maintain up to date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements Employee handbook maintenance Benefit handbook maintenance Maintain employee personnel records Respond to HR related inquiriesExperience:
