Fulltime. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support day-to-day Human Resources operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee onboarding, employee relations, HR reporting, certifications, and HRIS administration. This role will work closely with employees, managers, HR leadership, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant HR processes. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Process employee changes including transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed. Respond to employee and manager HR-related questions and requests. Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments on employee-related activities. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees. Prepare and maintain new-hire documentation and onboarding records. Coordinate background checks, employment documentation, system access, and orientation activities. Ensure new employees are properly entered and maintained in the HRIS. Manage offboarding and termination processes, including documentation and coordination with internal teams. Track onboarding/offboarding activities and ensure timely completion. Employee Relations Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee relations questions and concerns. Assist HR leadership with employee relations cases, investigations, and documentation. Support performance management and corrective-action processes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records. Escalate sensitive or complex employee matters to HR leadership when appropriate. Help managers understand and consistently apply HR policies and procedures. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare recurring HR reports and management dashboards. Track and report on headcount, turnover, hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and other HR metrics. Perform HRIS data audits and identify discrepancies. Maintain accurate HR data and ensure reports are delivered on time. Use Excel to analyze HR data and identify trends or issues. Support ad hoc reporting and HR data requests from leadership. Certifications & Compliance Maintain employee certification, training, and compliance records. Track certification expiration dates and follow up with employees/managers as needed. Support HR compliance audits and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records related to employee training and required certifications. Assist with HR compliance initiatives and process improvements. HRIS & Process Improvement Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS. Support HRIS transactions, data integrity, and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience. Assist with HR projects, system implementations, and process enhancements. Develop and maintain HR process documentation and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 5 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management . Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and offboarding . Experience supporting employee relations . Strong experience with HR reporting and HR data management.
