Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Implement and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions. Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and related service providers. Provide behavioral consultation and support to school teams. Help students develop positive behaviors, social skills, and independence. Support a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Appropriate Illinois licensure or credentials as required. Experience working with children or students in a school-based setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
