Job Description

We're looking for an HR Generalist who can own day-to-day HR operations while supporting a positive, compliant, and scalable employee experience. This is a well-rounded role with exposure across the full HR life cycle. What you'll do Manage employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Support employee relations, including handling questions and resolving issues Partner with leadership on performance management and coaching Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with recruiting coordination and hiring processes Help drive HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements What we're looking for 3-6+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Comfortable handling sensitive situations with discretion Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
