The Role The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients by serving as a trusted talent advisor and strategic sourcing expert. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and senior business stakeholders, you will develop deep insights into complex hiring needs and translate them into innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies that deliver exceptional talent. As a recognized subject matter expert in recruitment and talent sourcing, you will leverage market intelligence, hiring trends, competitive landscape analysis, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract top passive talent across specialized and hard-to-fill disciplines. Your ability to build strong consultative relationships and ask insightful questions will ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, enabling you to develop tailored talent attraction strategies that align with business objectives. Acting as a brand ambassador for our clients, you will bring career opportunities to life through authentic and compelling candidate engagement, ensuring prospective talent is informed, qualified, interested, and motivated before being introduced to hiring teams. Your expertise, market knowledge, and strategic approach will directly contribute to our clients' ability to secure the best talent in competitive markets. This is a 6-month remote contract. Key Accountabilities Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality talent pipelines and an exceptional hiring experience. Manage 20-40 active requisitions simultaneously, supporting roles at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring priorities, deadlines, and service levels are consistently met. Develop and execute proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber passive talent across specialist, niche, and hard-to-fill positions. Act as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence, hiring trends, and talent insights to influence recruitment strategies and hiring decisions. Drive recruitment outcomes for challenging and difficult-to-fill roles through innovative sourcing techniques, creative problem-solving, and a solutions-oriented approach. Build strong consultative relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing market feedback, candidate insights, and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, motivations, and cultural alignment for current and future opportunities. Present shortlisted candidates with clear hiring rationale, comprehensive candidate summaries, and relevant market intelligence to support informed decision-making. Create compelling candidate engagement strategies that effectively communicate employer value propositions and generate interest from passive talent. Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and talent communities to identify top talent. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment documentation within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the hiring process. Monitor and track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, and performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to achieve hiring goals. Deliver against established client expectations, SLAs, and recruitment targets, with a strong focus on reducing time-to-fill while maintaining candidate quality. Provide exceptional candidate care by keeping candidates informed, engaged, and supported throughout the recruitment process. Share knowledge, best practices, and sourcing expertise with colleagues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team. Skills & Requirements Exceptional sourcing, research, and passive candidate/headhunting experience, with a proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage high volume of requisitions (20-40 concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Proven success recruiting for complex, specialist, and hard-to-fill positions. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing demands effectively. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, client requirements, and market conditions. Highly SLA-driven with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivery excellence. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders. Strong consultative approach with the ability to provide market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within corporate Proven experience leveraging sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other market-mapping methodologies. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $59,200-81,500 plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
