Must be a currently enrolled Harper student. The Human Resources Student Aide provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while gaining valuable professional experience in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities may include filing, scanning, data entry, organizing employee records, assisting with general office duties, supporting new employee orientation, and helping with departmental projects and events such as Professional Development Day, employee recognition activities, and other HR initiatives. Additional duties may be assigned based on departmental needs. This position is open to currently enrolled Harper College students who are eligible for student employment at Harper College. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, maintains confidentiality, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
