at Insight Global in Warrenville, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Day to day: This person will join the HRIS operations team during a 15-month technology transformation as the company consolidates multiple systems into Oracle Fusion as its primary HCM platform. Internal employees will be dedicated to the transformation project and becoming Oracle Fusion SMEs, while these contractors will be responsible for keeping day-to-day HRIS operations running smoothly. They will manage high-volume HR transactions, monitor shared queues and inboxes, triage tickets, resolve system access issues, and maintain Oracle EBS and ADP workflows. A significant portion of their day will involve reviewing integration reports and error logs, tracking system warnings, proactively identifying issues, following established job aids and user guides, and working directly with employees and managers to resolve HRIS
  • related concerns.
Success in this role requires strong follow-through, customer service, organization, and the ability to handle operational support with quick turnaround times.
Responsibilities:
  • Process 75-100+ HR transactions daily while ensuring accuracy and meeting service expectations
  • Manage HRIS queues, ticketing systems, and employee inquiries
  • Review integration reports multiple times per day to identify system errors, warnings, and failures
  • Track, document, and monitor recurring issues for weekly review and mitigation efforts
  • Perform issue triage and quickly remediate system access and user-related problems
  • Support ongoing Oracle EBS and ADP maintenance activities within existing workflows
  • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation related to transactions, errors, and resolutions
  • Follow established job aids and user guides to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Partner directly with managers and employees to walk them through HRIS processes and provide customer-facing support
