Job Description:
Job Summary:
The company is seeking a Project Manager to support talent strategy, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs within a research-driven environment. This role will collaborate closely with leadership teams, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, onboarding initiatives, engagement activities, and workforce development programs. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational planning experience within a technical or research-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to execute talent strategy initiatives, onboarding programs, and career development activities
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational and research strategies
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, feedback sessions, recognition initiatives, and leadership forums
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, timelines, and progress reporting processes
  • Track and analyze workforce metrics related to engagement, retention, and talent development
  • Support change management initiatives tied to new organizational programs and operational improvements
  • Maintain and support internal communication and collaboration platforms including Point-based resources
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve organizational communication and workforce engagement processes
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across talent and culture operations
  • Ensure effective coordination and completion of multiple concurrent projects within established timelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management or operations management experience
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, talent management, or organizational culture initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Point
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience working with workforce metrics and data
  • Ability to work effectively within collaborative and fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within research, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technical environments
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics, employee survey programs, and organizational development initiatives
  • Experience supporting onboarding, leadership development, or change management programs
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms

Pay Range:
