HR Specialist Salary:
$50,000-$58,000

Key Responsibilities for the
HR Specialist:
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
  • Serve as a resource for employees while supporting employee relations and HR administration.
  • Maintain employee records and help administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and support professional development initiatives.
  • Support HR compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS data management.
Qualifications for the
HR Specialist:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with HR internship experience considered for recent graduates.
  • Candidates without a degree should have 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience or exposure across core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.
  • HRIS experience preferred; Paylocity experience is a plus.
