Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to support a smooth, welcoming, and effective onboarding experience for new team members and clients. In this role, you will help set up each new relationship for success by coordinating processes, communicating clearly, and ensuring a positive first impression from day one. Responsibilities Guide new hires or clients through the onboarding process from initiation to completion. Coordinate schedules, documentation, system access, and required setup tasks. Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions and support. Communicate expectations, timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally. Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline onboarding workflows. Maintain accurate records and update onboarding systems, templates, and checklists. Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and recommend enhancements. Qualifications Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, human resources, account coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with internal systems, databases, or CRM platforms. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience improving onboarding processes or creating workflow documentation. Familiarity with project coordination tools, learning management systems, or HR platforms. Ability to support process consistency while maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented approach. What Success Looks Like New hires or clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout onboarding. Onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Internal teams have the information they need to collaborate effectively. Processes continue to improve based on feedback and operational needs.
