manage filing, document workflows, and correspondence. What you bring Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role. Experience with HRIS/HR databases; strong Microsoft Office skills and HR tool familiarity. Foundational understanding of HR practices and labor regulations. Exceptional organization and time management.
