•Hire) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dependable Human Resources Specialist to support our growing team and oversee a variety of HR functions. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for employees and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Handle employee relations and workplace concerns Assist with payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation Maintain employee records and confidential HR information Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws Manage HR data and reporting using Paycor and Excel Support performance reviews, training, and employee development Assist leadership with HR projects and process improvements Help maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace

Qualifications:

Associate Degree + 1-2 years of HR experience OR High School Diploma + 2-3 years of HR experience Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations Experience with employee relations, recruiting, payroll, and benefits Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; HRIS experience preferred Ability to handle confidential information professionally
