What You'll Do Conduct final virtual and in-person interviews with caregiver candidates Evaluate candidates for experience, professionalism, reliability, and cultural fit Make confident hiring decisions and extend same-day offers when appropriate Clearly communicate job expectations, scheduling realities, and role requirements Guide candidates through the hiring process from interview to offer acceptance Coordinate and prepare candidates for orientation and onboarding Ensure a smooth transition into the onboarding process (no drop-off between "yes" and day one) Partner with Client Care to understand what "great" looks like for each type of client Collaborate with Client Services to ensure new hires align with scheduling needs Support early success by tracking new hires through their first 90 days What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in interviewing, hiring, staffing, customer service, healthcare, or home care Strong ability to read people, ask the right questions, and assess fit quickly Confident decision-maker who can move candidates forward (or not) with clarity Excellent communicator who sets clear expectations upfront Organized and able to manage multiple candidates in different stages Comfortable having honest conversations about scheduling, availability, and pay Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing is a plus Why Right at Home? At Right at Home, we know that the quality of our caregivers drives the quality of care we provide. We are committed to creating a positive experience for both our clients and our caregivers and that starts with finding the right people.
