JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY
The Meditech Expanse HR Roles Desktop Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the functional and technical expert for Meditech Expanse security, desktop configuration, and role-based access within the Human Resources application environment. This position is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting desktop roles, user security, workflow optimization, and access management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The SME partners with Information Systems, Human Resources, Payroll, operational leaders, and other stakeholders to support system implementations, upgrades, ongoing optimization, and best-practice workflow design. MEDITECH
Expanse Desktop Roles, security profiles, and user access.- Analyze business, HR, payroll, and operational requirements to develop efficient user workflows.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Information Systems, and operational stakeholders.
- Support implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and go-live activities.
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
