Job Description
Job description: Agri Center is looking for an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and employee eligibility verification Facilitates new hire onboarding and orientation, and coordinates ongoing training and development initiatives Assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness Respond to employee inquiries, investigate concerns, and support conflict resolution in a professional and consistent manner Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; assist with maintaining and updating HR policies and employee handbooks Supports the performance review process, including tracking goals, documentation, and assisting with corrective and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy Performs other duties as assigned to support HR operationsQualifications:
Minimum of (2) year of Human Resources experience required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and effectively utilize HRIS and other business systems High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization Prior work experience in a dealership preferred, but not necessary Agri Center is a Drug Free and Equal Opportunity Employer, all employees are subject to pre-employment and random drug screenings.Pay:
