We're opening doors to promising roles and career paths for candidates in many geographically markets across the United States with numerous behavioral healthcare organizations. A growing behavioral health organization that provides treatment for individuals struggling with Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders is seeking a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Specialist to aid in growing their team. The organization provides high-quality recovery treatment and will continue growing into other geographically markets.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and hiring candidates for an assortment of roles within the organization. Develop and implement recruiting strategies tailored to the local and surrounding geographical job markets. Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs and create comprehensive position summaries. Organize and lead new hire trainings that ensure a smooth transition into the company. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Resources documentation. Support Human Resources functions including Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Policy Enforcement. Assist in administering Company Benefits and Compliance initiatives. Adjust recruiting strategies as needed to continue to attract top talent into the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources focusing on Talent Acquisition. Knowledge of best practices and sourcing methods for Recruiting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Human Resources and Recruiting experience in immediate geographical area. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification. E04JI8008i67409cy4q
