In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and building strong relationships with potential independent contractors to support our logistics operations. Your energetic approach to recruitment will help us attract high-quality candidates efficiently and effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our carrier relations network while ensuring compliance. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for carrier recruitment using social media marketing (recruitment), talent acquisition software, and other innovative channels. Manage relationships with internal operations to optimize candidate sourcing efforts. Engage in research and cold calling to identify potential independent contractors to expand the talent pipeline for high volume recruitment needs. Experience Proven experience in recruiting within logistics or transportation industries is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through research activities and relationship management. Experience working with ATS platform for applicant tracking and reporting is preferred. Knowledge of social media marketing (recruitment) strategies to attract independent contractors effectively.
