Position Summary:
The PACE Educator & Workforce Development Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs that support employee onboarding, competency development, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional growth across the PACE organization. This position partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide safe, high-quality, participant-centered care. The PACE Education & Workforce Development position serves as a shared resource supporting both Care Guide Partners and Bluegrass Care Navigators PACE Programs, ensuring standardized education, regulatory compliance, and consistent staff development across both affiliates.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in geriatrics, long-term care, home health, PACE, or a related healthcare setting. Experience in staff development, education, training, clinical education, workforce development, or organizational learning required. Ability to work independently across multiple locations Prior PACE program experience preferred. Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness Experience with EMR systems and training. Muli-site healthcare education preferred. Learning Management Systems (LMS) and competency tracking tools preferred Experience supporting CMS audits or survey processes preferred.
