About the job:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. The role will provide exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in joining and onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records, databases, and HR trackers.
- Support HR documentation, offer letters, and other employee-related processes.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement and HR activities.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of assigned HR tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Learn and contribute to improving HR processes and workflows.
