About the Position Vanguard Utility Service, Inc. is a growing leader in AMR/AMI installations, meter change-outs, testing, and repair. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and multi-state field operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position combining HR, staffing, employee tracking, and administrative support . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their work. Our company is a seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist to join our growing company. Key Responsibilities Recruit, source, pre-screen, interview, and onboard employees. Post and maintain job openings, job boards, and community resources. Maintain weekly employee tracking , including new hires, active employees, transfers, and separations. Create and maintain employee schedules across multiple job sites and states . Coordinate employee assignments and communicate staffing changes with management and Regional Managers. Maintain weekly employee housing assignments, occupancy records, and changes . Track employee attendance and maintain accurate personnel records. Prepare weekly staffing, employee, and housing reports for management. Assist with employee questions, HR processes, training, and employee relations. Support onboarding, transfers, relocations, and exit processes. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information. Assist management with personnel-related needs and other HR/administrative duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
