This role involves supporting various HR functions to ensure effective talent management and compliance within a professional legal environment. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm's human resources activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Assist with recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and supporting hiring processes for legal and administrative staff. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements relevant to the legal industry. Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues professionally. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR programs that promote a positive work environment. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure adherence to legal standards. Assist in performance management processes and recordkeeping related to employee evaluations. Support administrative tasks such as benefits administration, leave management, and HR reporting. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a professional services or legal setting. Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
