Position Summary ND Landscape Services is seeking an organized and dependable HR Generalist & Customer Service Representative to support our employees, recruiting efforts, customers, and daily office operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping keep processes organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Human Resources Manage job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and candidate communication. Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records. Assist with performance reviews, employee changes, and leave administration. Support seasonal hiring and subcontractor onboarding. Maintain HR and recruiting systems. Customer Service & Office Support Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally. Document and route customer requests and service concerns. Communicate scheduling and service updates. Assist with invoices, statements, mailings, and general office tasks. Support customer communications and basic marketing activities. Qualifications HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. HRIS or applicant tracking system experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
